What we collect

To quote and place cover we collect your name, NRC, phone number, email (optional), vehicle or property details, and payment method reference. We do not store card numbers — payments go via a PCI-compliant gateway.

Why we collect it

To match you with the right carrier, issue a policy, deliver a certificate, service claims, and remind you before renewal. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the carrier you buy from, and only what they need to bind cover. Regulators may request it under the Insurance Act and Data Protection Act.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention). Email privacy@rockinsurance.co.zm.
