Who we are

Rock Insurance Brokers Ltd is a licensed insurance broker regulated by the Pensions & Insurance Authority (PIA) of Zambia. We place cover with third-party carriers on your behalf.

Broker, not insurer

The insurance contract is between you and the carrier you buy from. We handle placement, servicing and claims support. The carrier is responsible for paying claims.

Quotes & premiums

Quotes are indicative until you accept and pay. Cover starts only once the carrier confirms bind and we issue a certificate.

Cancellations

You may cancel within the cooling-off period stated on your certificate. Refunds follow the carrier's schedule.
